Harbin Turbine Co., Ltd., one of the key construction projects during the First Five-Year Plan, is a large-scale state-owned backbone enterprise in China to design and manufacture large sized fossil turbine, nuclear turbine, industrial steam turbine and gas turbine.      In 1994, the Company obtained the Certificate of ISO9001 Quality Assurance System; in 2001, obtained the Certificate of Commodity Inspection Quality System and the Certificate of quality system from China Xinshidai Quality System Certification Body and in 2006, obtained the Certificate of ISO14001 Environmental Management System and the Certificate of GB/T 28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Since granted with qualification approval to be the technically responsible unit for nuclear turbine and conventional island in 1994 and the “Adopting International Standard Product Marking Certificate” issued by the National Standardization Administration Committee of China in 2007, the Company has realized the consistency with international practice, which further pushes the quality management of HTC to a new level.
